Betsy, Dimple or Dimpz, as she is fondly called by her family and friends, is a caring daughter, a thoughtful sister, a loving wife, a doting mother, a diligent business executive and and an aspiring public servant.

She is the daughter and youngest child of Rudy and Betty De Silva. She is happily married to Paolo Perez and has two wonderful children, Ausome Enzo and Pretty Bellie.

She is currently involved and working part-time in their family business as the Vice-President of Robeth Group of Companies which is engaged in  freight service, food production and retail, health and beauty distribution, and property leasing. Aside from their family business, she also holds positions in other companies.

She is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering (BS ME) Minor in Marketing. She pursued further studies in supply chain in which she earned a Diploma in Supply Chain Management from the De La Salle-College of St. Benilde. Because of her passion for service, she took a course in professional coaching and earned a Certificate in Transformative Coaching from Coach Masters Academy, Singapore. She also completed Successful Strengths Coaching from Gallup.

In spite of being raised in Metro Manila, her heart and soul remain in Santa Maria, Bulacan, where she stored many of her childhood memories. For this reason, she opted to serve her hometown through civic organizations like Rotaract Club of Santa Maria and Inner Wheel Club of Santa Maria. Their family also extends assistance to the underprivileged through the Rodolfo D.J. De Silva Foundation.

Dimple’s vision is to have a better country and a better world for the future generations to live in. It has been her mission to empower the youth and women, and to enlighten the minds and touch the hearts and souls of the people surrounding her. She believes that if we combine all our efforts, we can initiate change and together we can make a difference.

My goal is to help you re-imagine your life so you may find clarity and live the life that you love. I will empower you to be your best self in all aspects of life. My individualized positivity approach will help you reach your full potential for you to attain your goals and realize your dreams.
